Default Custom POI'S with Tomtom 3

I have Tomtom Go and a Palm T3 with TT3 version software. I can't set up personal POI's. It will allow me to enter a name EG Friends Houses and give the new catagory a symbol, however when I go to my POI'S list the new entry isn't there, am I doing something wrong?

Which system are you trying to add the POIs to?

It should show in the map folder on the SD card. If you visit TomToms site and go into the support section, search for "palm POI", the fifth result "How do i install POIs on my palmOne Tungsten T3" should help.

Do you not get Dataviz on the Tungsten CD that came in the box or is it a different version you need?
