Arrow TomTom 3.07 and XDA IIi Problem?

HELP!

I recently purchased a XDA IIi, TomTom Navigator 3 (updates installed to 3.07) and a Purple Grid K2 Bluetooth GPS receiver.

The major problem I have is that while in Navigator, my XDA IIi completly freezes roughly within 30 minutes (and continues to keep doing so all day while using TomTom) - I then have to keep doing a soft reset!

I have uninstalled TomTom, reinstalled, done a Hard Reset - reinstalled again - still the problem appears.

Is this a known problem, is there a solution?

Am I doing anything wrong?

Cheers

It's not a known problem...that i know of
You seem to have done everything fine. Maybe a problem with the Bluetooth drivers on the XDA, check http://www.my-xda.com/ for updates.

Thanks for the reply

Unfortunatly there are no updates listed yet for the XDA IIi on the link you mentioned.

Could this be down to the BT GPS receiver then ?

Thanks

Seems to be more info on the same or similar problem I was just reading on this thread.

http://www.totalpda.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=2631 (TTN3 & XDA2 Stability?)

Looks like they may be suggesting its a SD Card fault?

You can remove your SD card and install a 16MB map to the internal memory of the PDA to either eliminate or identify any problems with your memory card.
