Default Saving Favourites for future use?

Can you save your favourites for future use. TomTom only has 20 places but Iam a musician so play all over the place and go back to a location several times.

I assume you cant extend the list beyond 20 but can I locate the favourites file (if there is such a file) and save them onto my computer to be used in the future.

Also

I cant understand why TomTom dont allow you to use a full post code search instead of only 5 digit ones. I recently bought an add on to TomTom from POISoft that allows you to do this. It is much, much easier. For £8 its well worth it. I found the link elsewhere on this forum actually. www.poisoft.co.uk It hasnt found EVERY postcode Ive asked for but they do say if its not found by their software then let them know.

Your best of usin a Point of Interest file, rather than favorites.

i also ply in band and have around 200 locations for both venues and band members houses. Also you can add a custom graphic to show you where they are.

Hi Chris I had a look at the TomTom manual but I cant work out how to add a POI and set a custom graphic which I would definitely be into doing.

Cheers

Mike

When your PDA is connected to your PDA explore you PDA from the PC.

Find the maps directory (usually on your SD or CF card)

within that directory you will find a bit map which you can download onto the PC, you can then edit the bitmap on the PC. Keep the graphic the same size. Once complete copy it back into the map directory.
