T-Mobile and Tom tom 3 (Bluetooth)

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a T-mobile MDA, I think it's similar to an I-mate Jam. I have successfully installed tom tom 3 but I am having problems getting Bluetooth Altina GBT 708 to talk to tom tom. I have created a link between Mda and Bluetooth receiver OK, and after reading other thread I have installed this patch(http://www.tomtom.com/updates/gpsupg307.exe) from tom tom. I don,t seem to be able to select an outbound COM port on the tom tom GPS screen. Can anyone help?

in tomtom select tomtom wireless GPS and then bluetooth GPS that works for my imate jam on every GPS i have used. Check to see if there is any Rom upgrades as imate have one that solves a couple of issues.
