xda 2 sound problem when running TOM TOM 3

Hi have an xda 2with bluetooth gprs receiver and i am running tom tom 3 on it when i start up tt3 i get the visual directions but no voice commands. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing with no joy at all does anybody know if there is a problem with this softwares compatibilty with the xda 2 or if i am doing something wrong any help would be appreciated.

click on
start
settings
sound and notifications
check to see if you have unticked the box where it selects programs
