Tomtom Bounded Devices Help?

i got tomtom 4.00 install in my spv m1000
the problem is when i try to bound devices i get the massage
no devices found

Can you bond with any bluetooth device on your PDA?
Can you see the bluetooth GPS in the manager?
is tomtom 3.07 GPS driver installed?

yes i did bond my pda with my p900>ok
yes i do see the bluetooth gps in the manager
and i got TOMTOM 2.09 GPS driver install
the question is on my SPV M1000 and i got TOMTOM 4.00 INSTALL
is when i click on TOMTOM NAVIGATOR i get this message:
gps position unreliable
plaise could you tell me STEP BY STEP how to ACTVATE GPRS
