Tom Tom Plus cameras vs own POI cameras

I see that Tom Tom plus offers a speed camera option with their Tom Tom Plus service. Does anyone know if this is any better than putting your own POI database of cameras? The database of cameras from www.pocketgps.co.uk/ looks pretty good, not that I have used it personally. I like the fact it indicates the speed the camera is set for so you know what speed you should be doing. Is the Tom Tom service this detailed? Would anyone care to recommend one over the other? Has anyone run CheckPOInt and the camera POI with TT Nav 5?

i've never had any problems with the pocketgps database. It lets you know where they are and gives you a warning.

i personally use the speed camera datebase downloaded from
http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/uksafetycameras.php and use it with ttn5, its work perfectly. i'm using the ipaq rx3715 with wired tomtom receiver.

all you need to do is update the camera database every month as pocketgpsworld.com also update it monthly.
