TomTom Navigator loses GPS Signal

Hi

I recently purchased a Bluetooth Navigator 3 system. When the system is turned on it works fine, but after about 10-15mins the Bluetooth Receiver begins to loose it's GPS signal and finally drops it's signal altogether. I have left the unit on for up to 1hr but it never regains the signal. The GPS signal indicator also goes out.

After the unit has lost it's signal the GPS status on the Pocket PC shows several grey bars, but no red bars as it does when turned on.

Can anyone help?

I am no expert on this and I have never owned one but that sounds faulty to me. I take it you are not moving and remain static when you left it for an hour and watched the signal drop?

If you recently purchased it then you should have no problem exchanging it.
