voice installation problems palm

hi can anybody help I have recently installed tom tom 5 but cant get it to install any voice files does any body know what i am doing wron I have done a complete format of my sd card and a hard reset of my tungsten t3 installed the application installed a voice and installed a map but still get no voices I would be very pleased if somebody could hel[ thanks

Did you not get as SD Card with the TomTom on in the first place? Or did you copy it to your own SD card? Are you upgrading from TomTom3 or is it a brand new proggie?

its a brand new prog it tells you to format your sd card which i did but its not the original card that came with my first purchase which was ver 3 wich I upgraded to 4.40 with no problems

I have sorted it out I reinstalled ver 4 then installed tom tom 5 over the top it works fine now
