TT5 Navigator Upgrade....Postcodes

Two questions please, one daft, one not so.

1. Does anybody know if Digitools, with their excellent post code program have finished ? I have been trying to email them as it won't run on TT5, but it keeps bouncing back undelivered.

2. (The daft one.) How on earth do you navigate on TT5 with the post code option ? I go to 'Navigate to'.....'Post Code'....key in a post code...and nothing....no 'Done' or 'OK'....it seems to want me to put in the rest of the address which to me defeats the whole object...or am I doing something wrong ? And by the way, the on line help manual is rubbish in this respect.

1) Digitools are no more.
2) Like I mentioned in my reply to your other post you should have a DONE button in the lower-right corner of the keyboard. It's there on my screen even before I enter a postcode???

Looking on my screen right now...I've a row of 1 through 9 , then the qwerty keyboard and the bottom line is a left hand arrow in the left corner and 'Back' in the right hand corner, with a chunk of space between. How do I chnage 'Back' to 'Done' !!

I have to say I don't know. There is no way for me to change my DONE to a BACK. This may be an issue with the upgrade version you have. I'm not sure as I'm using the full version.

i have the same problem, i spoke to support but they was not aware of this so it seems i now have no postcode what so ever *sigh* perhaps i should have stayed with tomtom3

You need to put in the Post Codes fron Disc 1 of Tom Tom Upgrade got tp GB Maps then at botton Postcodes

ok can someone do a step by step way (with pictures) for me please.

the odd thing is i got it to work on my friends but not mine and i am doing the same thing by just creating a folder called TomTom but on mineit does not work.

*edit* ok got it working....what i think is a big problem is that for some unkown reason it didn't down load a zip folder with Great_Britain.postal in it, that together with a blank tomtom folder and it works.

i had to copy the said folder and file from my friend on to my sd card then make an empty tomtom folder. *sigh*.....no doubt i'll be back with more problems
