Itinerary, how to get it to work!

Hi guys,

New guy, (old fart!) i've got tomtom3 on a Mio 168, I can use the navigator etc OK, but I want to navigate a certain route, not the one it gives me. I've put way stops into the itinerary list, with a start & finish, but it doesn't let me plan or navigate it, what am I doing wrong?

Big jim !! have u clicked the small black arrow on top left ov screen ? when u have click on itinerary on the drop down box and then tap navigate and it should work...
