Navigator 5 & XDA IIs Keyboard

Hi Guys N Gals,

I have an xdaiis which has navigator 5 on it, but doesnt pop up the keyboard when you want to plan aroute etc..

any ideas why this is happenning, my m8 got nav5 for his medion and that went on fine!!

have you tried to soft reset the PDA?

yes i have, like i say it installed on a medion ok, but not this xdaiis

That's right it doesnt work and won't tomtom have confirmed this and as yet there is no update to fix it...
