Can I transfer my favourites to new PDA?

Hello.

My girlfriend has taken a shine to my TomTom & Ipaq 1710 GPS system. I have had it for a few months now and have got it set up with around 10 favourite destinations (some of these marked as GPS positions rather than addresses).

I have bought an identical system for her. Can I transfer the files from one PDA to another and if so, which file is it and where is it?

I have a PC with a SD card reader if this helps.
