gone!!???!!!?!

i have an ipaq hp2210 - which i recently bought off a friend with the tomtom nagigator 3 installed on it. as i didnt use it for a while the batt run flat and not it is gone. i can go through file explorerand under SD card are the maps and the tomtom stuff. how to i use tomtom now??? wen i try to open them its says open the application associated with it and open it from within it. help me please

you need to install from the CD i am affraid PDA's run on volitle memory so if the battery goes dead so does your information.
