Default Adding POI's to TT5

I am having problems getting my TT5 to see new POI's I have added to the map folder. I have POI's that worked fine in TT3 and I am copying the files into TT5 exactly the same way that I added them in TT3 but they are not being displayed to select. Can anyone help me please?

your answers seems like one to follow, so do i simply create a folder named 'Great-Britain-Map' in the SD card or in a particular folder inside the SD Card i.e.
SD card/Great-Britain-Map or should i create the folder you said inside the folder where the maps are already installed?
