Activation code for TomTom Navigator 3 for T3

If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful. Do you know how can I get the activation code for my Tungsten T3? When I go to the website as requested www.ttcode.com, it registers as an error on the page and I can't get any further. This is highly frustratiing. Please help. I have both the product and device codes. Thanks very much.

You should be asked to enter either the product code or device code first. Then you should be asked for the other one. That will then generate an activation code. If either of these are missing or incorrect, you will have to contact tomtom via email or phone (i recommend phone). Contact details are:
