TT5 can't search......

I've just loaded TT5 onto a new PDA2K but I cannot activate either the postcode or address searches, all i can view is the complete directory starting alphabetically. I've copied the ZIP file to my documents on the PDA, but still no joy. I emailed TT about 5 days ago and still no reply. Anyone out there with any experience of this or advice ??

Have you tried creating a folder named tomtom on your memory card? The folder can be empty and that should sort this problem out.
