TomTom activation help

I've decided to upgrade to tt5 but when i try to go through the upgrade process it says ' the navigator code you entered has not been activated' Any ideas i've used it for over a year and it a genuine copy. Any help much appreciated.

If you have a proper TT5 from TT you should have a Activation Code as your old code for TT3 will not work

If i go through the upgrade path on the tomtom website it asks me for the product code from my tt3, thats what it's telling me has not been activated.

There is a problem with http://www.ttcode.com I have problem to activtion my TT5 too. So I don't know when this site will be back.

It seems to be working fine again. mac1 if you are still having problems you can PM me your code and I can check it with TT for you.
