navigator 5 upgrade /problem to open

Just installed Tom Tom nav 5 upgrade.

When I try to open tom tom on my pda, it will not open. Screen comes up saying I have no maps installed.

Checked it is on my sd card. Tried installing a few times. When I installed back to my original 3, it works fine!

Please any help
