Tom Tom 5 work on Windows Pocket PC

Hi all

I am looking at buying TT5. I have an Ipaq 3970 with Win Pocket PC. Will TT5 work on Pocket PC.

Also I currently have Kane Car Pilot and they have gone bust. Will my jacket and sat nav receiver still work with TT5.
