Device Code For Dell X30 Tom Tom Nav3

Please help!!

I'm trying to upgrade from the nav3 to nav5. When i try to do this i'm asked for my product code, which i get from the inside of my CD. Then i'm asked for the device code?? Apparently it's suppossed to appear when i either start the software or open the GPS icon at the bottom right corner. But in both cases i still can't get it! Please help it's driving me mad.

Hi there,
If you open tomtom, then tap the gps status bar in the bottom left, then tap on the version number all the details should be there.The device code should be there as well.
