TT5 install gone wrong

Default TT5 install gone wrong
I have tried installing TT5 over TT3 but when I start TT5 it just hangs the PDA with a TT screen displaying "NO GPS DEVICE". Have tried the pairing in bluetooth and have also tried re-installing...still no luck.

Does anyone know how to hard reset an IPAQ 4150?...So I can start from fresh

Have now got this working with 5.10 patch.
