600yrd inaccuracy on TT5.10

Anyone experinecd this problem?

I upgraded to TT5 from TT2 which i had no problems. My IPaq 3970 connect via polstar BT GPS TT5 works well provided you are happy with it reporting you are 600yrds plus behind wher you actually are!! surely slae of goods act should apply to this software this is "not fit for purpose". Anyone else had this problem BTW i also upgrade to 5.10 to no avail.
