No maps found! TTN5

Hi first time here finally managed to get Tom Tom Navigator 5 Bluetooth up and running and then wanted to use a larger SD card.Everything seemed to be okay but on launching TTN5 all I get is the message No maps found! HELP!!
( SD Card Kingston 256MB runnig on Ipaq 3715)

I have had this problem as well, what I had done is to format the SD transfer the maps and activate again, are you having any other problems, you might need the 5.1 upgrade as well

Thanks Ray done as you suggested everything now okay ! Hopefully no more problems !!
