TomTom Navigator 5 - still waiting for it ?!

Can somebody tell me how long does it take TomTom to send software (Navigator 5) that I bought 10 days ago? I've checked on their website status of my order where it is still message that my order is authorised, but that's all.

I am getting very frustrated, because I am despreate to install it on my iPAQ hx4700. Thanks in Advance.

By the way, I've found TomTom very frustrated and after 99% of clicks to go somewhere on their webiste, I have to log-in again?!

TOMTOM do tend to say that 5-10 working days for disbatch but they will send you a conformation when the goods are shipped with a UPS tracking number, once UPS get the details it is within 2 working days for the goods to get to you, the website is very frustrating but if you click on the 'my orders' and click on the order number, then check the status it should tell you what is happening
