Default nav 5 ipaq 2210 bluetooth post code access

I have tomtom nav 5 upgrade for ipaq 2210 bluetooth.
Tomtom seems unable to utilise the full postal code facility which is in a zip file.
I have tried unzipping without success, and there is no instruction about same in the tomtom setup proceedure.
Can anyone assist me please.
Apart from this problem everything seems to work although I am disappointed that a gps signal is necessary plan routes.

If you've got the postcode zip file on your card, just make another folder on your card and call it tomtom, folder doesn't need anything in it. soft reboot and the 7 digit postcode should be working

madasaman is write. also if you want to plan a route without a gps signal, use to feature "advanced planning". This should allow you to plan the journey without any problems.
