upgrade from tomtom 3.7 -> 4.44

i have upgratet mi hp ipaq hx2110 from tomtom 3.7 to tomtom 4.44 downloadet from tomtom.com. but i can not activate the map, it says that the activation code is not right, but i workt whith the old version
