TomTom Navigator activation problems

Hi,

I recently purchased TomTom Navigator for my Palm T5, the install went fine but I have been unable to get an activation code for it. I've tried the product code from the back of one of the CD sleeves on ttcode.com but it comes back with "this product code is not correct"
There don't appear to be any other codes within the packaging to try.

Be grateful for any advice!!

Did you ever get an answer to this as I also have the same problem on an palm treo 650

Make sure you are reading, and entering, the I's and 1's or O's and 0's correctly.
