Default tom tom 5 install (no hair left)

I had tom tom 5 installed on my Dell Axim, i have bought a nice new shiny Ipaq and went to install TT5 on it. No luck !!

I get a message right at the start 'Unkown Device Architecture' I click the OK button and another message says 'cannot connect to your device'.

I have active sync running (3.8) and i can browse my Ipaq.

I am assuming that it is a connection problem rather than a tom tom problem, but what i have no idea

Any help appriciated

As far as I can make out, the tt5 you were using on your dell, can now only be used on your dell. If you had copied your SD card before registering this to the dell, then you would have been able to move this across to the Ipaq.

Check out this thread of somebody elses experience:

Hope this makes some sense.
