Tom TOm 5 & Leadtek 9534

Do I need to replace my Leadtek 9534 with a different GPS receiver. I can not get it to be recognised by the new install of Nav 5. It worked fine as sirf at 4800 in Nav 3 (friends ipaq).

If I do need to replace can someone recommend either a good/cheap CF GPS receiver or even a Bluetooth one that can be powered by my Seido mount?
