TomTom voices & fatal exception

I downloaded the John Cleese voice at great expense from the TomTom sales site, transferred it to my Palm Tungsten T3 running Navigator 5 and I keep getting a 'fatal exception' message each time I select it as a voice for TomTom. Then I have to soft reset. Have deleted and reinstalled it on the handheld several times with the same effect. TomTom support won't answer my question about it, so i am stuck with a dud product.
Any suggestions?

Do you have a lot of other voices installed at the same time? I used to get error messages when I had approx a dozen different voices installed (I think that this was due to memory tho).

You could try deleting some of the extra voices and adding the John Cleese voice?
