Tom Tom Nav 5 Upgrade

Hi, i've recently purchased genuine copy of Nav 5 upgrade. I tried to load on to my Ipaq 4150(deleting GB maps as directed in the instructions), everything seem fine until I try to open it and it tells me to load Nav 3 maps ? Now I'm having trouble trying to go back and install these (I'm using a 256 Mb Kingston Card) I've looked through all threads and no matches relating to this problem.
