Default Changing warning sounds to voices for Safety Cameras

Hi, does anyone know how to change the standard warning sounds for POI's to a voice on TomTom Nav 5, or even just change them to some different sounds?

If it is possible to change them to a voice, does anyone know where it may be possible to get pre-recorded voices like "Accident Blackspot Ahead", "Slow Down", etc, or what format they would need to be recorded in to add them myself.

Default TomTom Nav 5 POI Alerts

Hi, I just checked those out and they are only for TomTom Go, not Nav 5.

Tried swapping the data.chk file but it made no difference.

Anyone else got any ideas? Thanks for the info though lupos0_1

They do them for navigator as well. Try this link:

That should work as I have got them on mine. Any problems, let me know.

Default Voice Warnings for POI's

Thanks lupos0_1, that worked fine when I found the right place to put the file in the "Navigator" folder in "Program Files" rather than the map folder.

Does anyone know of an application that allows you to choose or record the sounds you want for each warning sound?

If possible, I would like to have "Accident Blackspot Ahead!" or something similar.

Thanks

I think there is also an option to get them to record your own warnings.

Let me know how you get on
