Urgent Please Help!!!

i have purchased tom tom 5 bluetooth for my pda, all is well untin i try and enter the activation code and it come up that it is unable to activate it.

i look at all the information and find that the device code is wrong. on my pda it is one letter difference

how can i get this changed so i can use the device. please help

Can you not go to the tomtom site and dre-enter the different device code???
