And download and save the file pocketgps_uk_sc.zip to your desktop, extract all the files to a folder (that you create) (you only need the contents of the ov2 bmp folder) You need to then physically drag and drop these files onto the memory card into the GreatBritain map folder.. To do this follow the instructions below:

Does this require CheckPOInt or just straight into TT v5?

Hi Steve, I've just tried this, but when I enter PO I don't get pocketgps Gatso listed - all I get is Post Office, Airport and Sports Centre... do I need to "Add POI Category"?

Sorted! You need to copy the actual pocketgps Gatso .bmp and OV2 files into the map folder, not just the folders!

Hi Steve
Can one use the free camera update on the tom tom go 500 with the 5.42 update.
It states on the Pocketgpsworld site this massage below..
You must be using a version of TomTom software that supports add on applications. Currently we have tested with 5.202 on the GO. The latest software 5.420 does not work with POICapture.

For the TomTom Navigator for PDA we have tested with versions 5.10 and 5.20. Both of these work correctly.
Have they now tested it on the latest update?.
Thanks Carl

POICapture I believe is a free add on application to send any amendmends of the speed camera back to PocketGPS. I don't think you are able to use this with v5.420 or v5.00.

You should have no problems with the actual database though. Just follow the instructions above.
