Speed warning

I read in a weekend newspaper a couple of weeks ago about some add-on software for a PDA running a satnav programme.

Can anyone point me towards its location please?

Sorry, the software I'm looking for merely monitors the car's speed and alarms if the setpoint is exceeded.
