Having problems updating tomtom nav5 to the new 5.21 ppc version.

Seem to be having upload problems full stop. Cannot get the downloadeable exe file to actually fire anything across to the pda.

Anybody else had similar problems? The installer is hanging everytime I click ok to install. the file transfer animation starts and then just keeps going. Can't close it down unless i cntrl/alt/del (and that I have to do 3 times!)

Any Ideas?

Which version of active sync are you using, and is your firewall software blocking the communication?
