tomtom 3 original to tomtom 5.21

hi ther i have got the tomtom 3 original can i goto the tomtom web site and now down load the new 5.21 and then download it to my pda and then run tomtom 5.21?

V5.21 can only be used with a registered version of Navigator 5. It is not compatible with V2 or V3.

Basically there is at preent no upgrade path from V3 to V5. You have to uninstall V3 and purchase and install V5
