TT5 + Acer N50 - no GPS signal

TT5 + Acer N50 - no GPS signal

Hi,

I've got Tomtom navigator 5 installed on my Acer N50 Premium. I'm using a Polstar GPS antenna, plugged into the bottom of the Acer.

The problem I have is that no gps signal is detected. My baud rate is 4800.

I'm not sure what the port is called and have tried all of them in tomtom.

Also, the N50 slows down loads and takes about 10 - 15 seconds for any responce once the screen is tapped.

Any ideas?
