Reload TTN5 on IPAQ Rx3715

Hi,
My RX3715 have got so stuck that its look like a full reset (see other thread)
which will be a pain. I had TTN3, upgraded to TTN5 (also updated GPS driver to 3.01). What will be the case when re-installing- do I go for TTN5 upgrade right away followed by 3.01 upgrade and then upgrade to 5.21?
By the way, I had big problems with TTN3 and the B/T GPS but since using TTN5 all's been well.

You should be able to go straight to v5.0>load maps>upgrade to v5.21.
