navigate to lat/long position

Hi there can any body explain in idiot terms how to navigate to a positionvia lat/long in tt5.I have the co-ordinates for a campsite in france but the navigate to gps position is greyed out.

Mine's always greyed out unless I have a valid GPS lock.
