TomTom Nav 5 Update

Hi all new to this forum. The new update that came out in Dec 05 for the TomTom Nav 5, well I am having a hard time getting it to install. I have a Mac and am running TomTom on my Treo 650. I download the update just fine and it tells me to hotsync first which I do. Then it says install so I hit the install button and it tells me to hotsync. Well I hotsync again just because lol and hit install and it tells me to hotsync. This is a really bad cycle and I don't know what else to do.. Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.

Update.. Still not able to install the update and have tried to reach TomTom everyday and they will not get back to me. Horrible customer service if you ask me.. I just want this update installed.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
