Angry Navigato3 upgrade to 5 problem

Hi All,

I have Nav 3 on my XDA 11, paid for upgrade to Nav 5, received discs and soft ware ok.

The problem I have is when I try to load onto the new software / maps I get a message saying "not enough memomry on the card, I have cleared old software off my lap top and tried to remove all from the XDA 11 and the card ( it is a 128 which wase enough for Nav 3 maps). I e mailed Tom Tom, to be honest the e mails I received back are all IT Gobildy Gook to me. Can any one give me help in fairly plain English as I am not a very clever IT guy.

Had this for about a year and it gathers dust as we speak!!

Thanks if u can help.

The basic GB maps (119mb) should fit without the software.

If you require postcode/GB_plus maps (220mb) you'll need at min a 256mb card.
