Default No Valid GPS Signal

HELP! Hi guys, I have just got a Holox BT321 receiver to run with an Ipaq 5550 and Tomtom 5. I have paired the receiver with the Ipaq, In TT5 I have selected Other Wired device, then selected the Bluetooth port (8) and all looks ok the yellow & black disc spins and the display shows good signals from various sats however they appear greyed out and the message displayed is "waiting for valid GPS signal"...any ideas I have different baud rates etc but to no avail....
thanks in advance

If the circle is spinning it means the set up is pretty much correct Have you tried "other bluetooth device"?

Could be a problem with the receiver is this the cheap one from ebay? I have heard a few people having problems with these.
