Default TomTom 6 on navman pin570

I have recently installed tomtom 6 on my navman pin 570, it works but runs slow and stuttery. I had tomtom 5 on it and that worked fine. Its on a 256 sd card so should be plenty of memory. Any idea on how to speed it up to what it should be? thanks

As far I can tell 570 barely meets the minimum spec for Nav6.

No, i dont believe there compatible,

have you made sure you turned show street names, show speed and all poi's off etc, any extras will slow it down, with them off it might be ok. Personally i think v6 is a great improvement.

Also try it on 2d mode not 3d, i prefer it this way has i can see more of my route plus any stuttering wont easily be noticed,

The Navman PiN 570 has a Samsung ARM 9 266 MHz Processor. The minimum recommended for TTN6 is a 350MHz one. Time to get a loved one to buy a nice new PDA for Christmas.
