Tom Tom 6 mute

I recently upgraded to tomtom 6 but when I load it onto the SD card to run on the HP2490 I have, it muted the sound on everything on the device.

Any body got any ideas on why this is happening or ways to correct it. Thanks in advance.

Similar problems have been experienced with TT5 if a device is powered off without closing TT first. This results in sound loss, and only a soft reset will fix.
