TomTOm6 and Compaq Ipaq

For all those people with an Ipaq 3870, if you upgrade the software to Windoes PPC 2003 you can run Tomtom 6 with no problems. I have tried this on three Ipa's so far and all are working ok. If you require help in upgrading to PPC 2003 or have lost your asset tag in a previous upgrade, then post here and I will see if I can help.

I have a Compaq iPAQ 3850 with PPC 2002 and i want to uppgrade to PPC 2003 to get TT 6 to work, can you help me?

Unfortunatley I also tried this rouse. Got just the maps.

When I queried TomTom I was told to download TomTom home and sync the device which if compatable would download and install tomtom 6.

As my device (A HP IPAQ 2750) then it would not download and install.

I hope you can help me.

I currently have an HP iPAQ H2200 PDA and I am looking at buying software and hardware for this device to allow me to use it as a navigator (driving from Essex to Barcelona in June) so that it can direct me using the "B" road and avoiding the toll charges. I want POI and other nice quizmos on the software however I do not want I need to purchase. I know TOMTOM do a naigation software for PDAs but do I need a GPS receiver, what version of TOMTOM do I need for UK and Europe maps.

Your help would be great
