please can anyone tell me how i can copy over my favourites from one tomtom to another?

Favourites, or POIs?

For POI's
Locate the map folder (eg, called great-britain maps).
Copy the OV2 and BMP for that POI name

For Favourites:
Use POIedit from www.poiedit.com and follow the handy wizard
