help with activation code

Sorry if this has been asked before

I have installed a second hand navigator 5 on my IPAQ. and can not find the activation code.

I have a product code

When I go to WWW. ttcode.com and enter the product code, it says the product is already registered and the device codes on the site do not match my device code.

How do I get a new activation code?

You need to contact TomTom, and get an email or written transfer of ownership from the purchaser to you - must have all their details, address etc etc. They will require this in order to help you.
