I have a problem at the moment with this, after upgrading from Navigator 5 to Navigator 6 any further upgrades will not work as TomTom HOME keeps giving me an error message. I show below TomTom's reply:
Dear GFT,
There is a small issue with TomTom HOME at the moment which is giving PDA users the message "The device that is connected to your computer is not associated with this TomTom account. Do you want to log in with another TomTom account that is associated with this account?" when all is in fact as it should be. We hope to have this issue solved in the very near future. May I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
